For the record

Recording & Privacy Notice

SIA, the Agentics Intelligence Officer, keeps a file. Not a transcript that vanishes at hang-up — a working record, so the next conversation with you starts where the last one left off. That is the entire point of her, and it only works if you know it's happening.

What's recorded

Every conversation with SIA — by voice or by web — is recorded and transcribed. The recording, transcript, and any summary derived from it are stored against your file.

What isn't

SIA does not identify you by the sound of your voice. There is no voiceprint, no speaker recognition, no biometric matching running underneath the conversation — recognition works from what you tell her, not from your voice itself.

How long it's kept

Your file is retained until you ask for it to be deleted, and reviewed annually for continued relevance. Deletion removes your file — the recording, transcript, summary, and every entry in it. What remains is the minimal record proving your consent and your deletion were honored — and nothing that identifies you. We don’t attempt to reconstruct or re-identify what’s gone.

Your file, on request
